Composition
Trolley guide rail profile (consisting of 800mm scale, guide rail fixing clamp, photoelectric gate fixing bracket, spring buffer device, end fixed pulley), experimental trolley, plastic sprayed smooth surface guide rail, velvet friction surface guide rail, weight

Function
1. Used to compare the speed of object movement experiments, explore the relationship between the speed of trolley movement and factors such as tension, friction surface, trolley mass, and the number of trolley wheels.
2. With the photoelectric gate sensor, the movement speed of the trolley can be measured, and the data can be presented in real time on Windows, Android, and iOS system terminals.
3. The trolley weight fixing rod can fix multiple weights of different masses at the same time, and can be matched with more than 10 combinations of different trolley masses without affecting the normal operation of the photoelectric gate, and explore the impact of different masses on the movement of the trolley.
4. The pull rod at the tail of the trolley can complete the switch between 4 wheels and 6 wheels in one step without changing the mass of the trolley, and explore the impact of different numbers of wheels on the movement of the trolley.
5. Adding weights of different masses to the weight barrel can provide more than 10 different pulling forces to explore the impact of different pulling forces on movement.
6. The friction between the pulley and the wheel axle is extremely small, which can effectively reduce the impact of axle friction on the experiment.
7. The blade-type wheel design has low friction with the track.
8. There is a spring shock absorber between the wheel and the car body to effectively protect the wheels of the trolley.
9. The guide rail fixing clamp can quickly fix or replace the track.
10. The guide rail profile comes with an 800mm scale, the photoelectric gate bracket can be moved freely and there is a red arrow mark on the side, which can clearly indicate the movement distance of the trolley.
11. Equipped with special experimental software, preset templates, automatic recording of single measurements, automatic calculation of average values for multiple measurements, and automatic recording of data changes in a table form, the experimental results are more intuitive and obvious.

Experiments
Experiments on the speed of the trolley movement, the average speed of the measured object, etc.

Motion Transmitter and Receiver Sensor

Motion transmitter and receiver sensor is divided into two parts (transmitter and receiver); the working principle is: in a very short period of time can be considered as light transmission time is 0, the transmitter first transmit infrared light signals to inform the receiver to transmit ultrasonic signals at the beginning of the moment and transmit ultrasonic waves; Receiver receives the light signals to record the beginning of the moment and timing until the ultrasonic signals are received , finally according to the distance = speed of sound × time to calculate the distance between the generator and the receiver. The receiver receives the light signal and records the starting moment and times it until it receives the ultrasonic signal and then stops timing to calculate the ultrasonic propagation time. The transmitter circuit of the motion transmitter and receiver sensor first provides a narrow voltage pulse to the piezoelectric sensor, under the action of this pulse, the piezoelectric wafer begins to oscillate and emit ultrasonic pulses outward, and at the same time the transmitter uses a light source to inform the receiver to start timing, and when the receiver receives the pulse, the time (T) used by the transmitter from the emission of the pulse until the receiver receives it is also calculated. There is a screw hole (M6 thread) on the side of the sensor, which can be used to fix the sensor to a suitable device.
